TL;DR

Welcome to WhalesEdge. We're a social casino and content hub for high-stakes players. We do not run a real-money casino, do not accept your deposits, and do not pay out cash. By using our site you agree to be 21+, play with XP only, and follow these rules.

Who we are

WhalesEdge ("we", "our", "us") is operated as WhalesEdge Consulting — an information service publishing online-casino research and a social-casino product.

What WhalesEdge is (and is not)

We are

• A content publication: investigative reviews of online casinos and their terms
• A social casino: XP-only games (Crash, Plinko, Roulette, Dice) — no real money in or out
• A Paper Trading sandbox for prediction markets, with odds synced from Polymarket
• An affiliate hub: we link to crypto-casino partners (Stake, BetFury, BC.Game) and earn a share of revenue when readers sign up

We are not

• A licensed real-money casino operator — we do not accept deposits, do not pay out winnings
• A licensed broker or financial-services provider
• A tipster service — nothing on this site is a guaranteed pick
• A consumer-protection authority — disputes with partner casinos are between you and them
• A custodian of your funds — we never hold your money

Eligibility

You must be 21 years of age or older to use WhalesEdge.

If you are between 18 and 20 in a jurisdiction where gambling is legal at 18, you may not use this service. Our policy is stricter than the local minimum on purpose.

• One account per person
• You confirm you have legal capacity to enter into a contract
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where social-casino services are illegal
• You are not on any sanctions list or FATF blacklist

Account registration

• Provide an accurate email address and a password you control
• Keep your credentials confidential — we will never ask you for your password
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account
• One account per individual — duplicate accounts may be suspended

XP — what it is, what it isn't

XP is the only currency on WhalesEdge. It is a virtual, in-platform credit. Specifically:

• XP has no cash value
• XP cannot be exchanged for money, cryptocurrency, or goods
• XP cannot be transferred between accounts
• XP balance can be removed if abuse, exploitation, or multi-accounting is detected
• If we shut down the site, XP is not a monetary obligation we owe you — it has no real-world value at any point
• XP gameplay outcomes have no impact on whether or how you play at any partner casino

Provably-fair gameplay

• Our in-house games (Crash, Plinko, Roulette, Dice) use cryptographic HMAC-SHA256 fairness verification
• You can independently verify each round's outcome using server seed, client seed, and nonce

• Bug exploits, automated bots, multi-account farming, and seed manipulation are prohibited and result in account termination

Affiliate disclosure summary

WhalesEdge earns affiliate revenue from partner casinos. The short version:

• We earn a commission when you sign up to a partner casino via our links and play there
• This commission does not change what you pay — partners pay us from their margin, not from your bankroll
• We disclose every partner relationship, license, and commission structure on our affiliate disclosure page

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Create or operate multiple accounts
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to farm XP, scrape content, or game leaderboards
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our source code
• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use undocumented behaviour for advantage — if you find a bug, please disclose it to us
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate other users or staff
• Post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, or spam
• Use the WhalesEdge name, logo, or content without our written permission
• Circumvent geographic restrictions imposed by our partner casinos via VPN or other means

Violations may result in account suspension or termination, at our discretion. Severe or repeated violations may also be reported to law enforcement where applicable.

Intellectual property

• The WhalesEdge name, logo, design, written content, and game mechanics are our intellectual property or licensed to us
• Game outcomes, randomness algorithms, and code are our intellectual property
• Content you submit (e.g. profile name) — you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it within the service
• You may not copy, redistribute, scrape, or commercialize our content without prior written permission

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

No warranties

• The service is provided "as is" and "as available"
• We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation
• We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of partner-side information (license status, ToS clauses, payout limits — partners can change these without notice)

Liability cap

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising from or related to your use of WhalesEdge is limited to one hundred euros (€100).

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages
• We are not liable for lost XP, lost earnings, or lost opportunity
• We are not liable for losses you incur with third-party partner casinos — your contract with them is separate from your relationship with us

Force majeure

We are not liable for outages, delays, or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control — including network outages, infrastructure failures at upstream providers, government action, or natural events.

Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be excluded by law (such as fraud, gross negligence, death, personal injury, or non-waivable consumer-protection rights in your jurisdiction).

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of WhalesEdge shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Curaçao.

Before going to court, please contact us at admin@whalesedge.com — we read every complaint and resolve most issues within 30 days.

If you are an EU/UK consumer, you retain the protections and rights given to you by your local consumer-protection law, regardless of this clause. Where local law mandates a specific forum, that local forum applies.

Termination and changes

• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law
• You may close your account at any time by emailing admin@whalesedge.com with the subject "Delete my account"
• We may update these terms — material changes will be announced via email and an on-site banner for at least 14 days
• Continued use of the service after a change takes effect means you accept the new terms
